i just made this owl cushion for my lovely sister's birthday and i love it, what sleepy owl things should i make next? i'm thinking of p.j. cases or door stops maybe? any ideas welcome.x

I'm really pleased to say you can now find holly blue cards at lotti & wren, a beautiful shop on palace street, in the centre of caernarfon, full of gorgeous cards, bags, jewellery, soaps, sweets and loads more.

as lotti & wren is in caernarfon the cards needed to be in welsh as well as English, which is a new thing for me but was great to do, and i love the look of them.

if your ever in caernarfon call in to lotti & wern, it's well worth it.

sadly the holly blue shop had to close at the end of april this year as i am due to have a baby in five weeks time and could no longer run the shop. however i am not giving up on holly blue, the making and selling will carry on. i have recently been focusing on craft and art fairs around the northwest, all details of which can be seen on the web site www.hollybluecardcompany.com on the 'where to find us' page.
for the future i will mostly be focusing on the lovely shops that stock my cards,(such as chalk-knutsford) and selling through the web site, i'm hopeing to find a few more shops to take my cards on board, so if you know off any lovely shops let me know.

Memory is a strong theme that runs through Kays work, she is particularly interested in alzehimers disease and using art to preserve memories for the future.
